Where Stillness Anchors and Energy Alchemizes - Through long-held, gentle, and fully supported postures, we soften into the body’s connective tissues, calm the nervous system, and create space for peace to unfold. 

As you rest in these supported shapes, you are given the option to receive Reiki—a Japanese healing technique that channels universal life energy—works to assist in clearing energetic blockages and support healing on a subtle, somatic, subconscious level.

If you’re new to Reiki, think of it as an energy-based practice that can support your nervous system with shifting out of stress mode and into rest-and-reset mode — like offering your system a little “software update” but for relaxation. Reiki can be offered with light touch on the physical body or just above the body. Some people feel warmth, tingles, or deep calm; others simply feel more rested. There’s no right or wrong way to experience it — your body does the real work, I’m just here to support the process.

You’ll be gently guided to tune into your body, notice where tension or tightness is stored, and invite deep release and integration. This practice helps generate a greater sense of safety, grounding and peace.
