This class blends HIIT/Tabata strength training with gentle, grounding yoga. Each session helps you build strength, challenge your capacity, and improve mobility without overwhelming your nervous system.
Each class begins with a yoga warm-up, followed by short, customizable bursts of full-body strength work, then finishes with gentle restoring yoga to release tension and support recovery. You’ll leave feeling challenged, energized, and supported — not wiped out.
As your instructor, I provide guidance on and off the mat, with individual cues to keep you safe and moving effectively.
Suitable for all levels — from beginners to experienced movers — with the only requirement being the ability to move comfortably from floor to standing.
